"We know neither the time or the day, get back to Church." ~Mom

Seasons in the Sun by Terry Jacks

Hello to everyone reading this page. Some may wonder "why on earth is there a page on here for my Mother?" Well I could say hey she gave birth to me, she raised me, she watched me walk, she heard me cry, hugged and consoled me, watched me take my first step into life, took me to school, pampered me, watched out for me, kept me under her wing and still does. She was there for me when growing up, she is still here for me when I need to talk about anything yet never pressures me to talk about stuff id rather not discuss at that time.
But then again for this I could say seeing her cry and so upset that I was raped, to see her guess it, to hear her guess it, to see and hear her pain was the most well one of the most horrifying sights, images, and sounds in my life.
I cant imagine life without my mother, I almost lost her a couple years ago on my anniversary, Dec. 9th, that day was changed a bit. I almost lost the person I vent my day to, the person that is just there, the person that has never left my side, the one person just like me, the person that would die for me without any hesitation.
This is her page.
This is for my Mother, my Mom, my first best friend, her words that will always be with me.

Mom's Advice

No one can go back and make a brand new start.
Anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.
God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain, but He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way.
Disappointments are like road bumps, they slow you down a bit but you enjoy the smooth road afterwards.
Don't stay on the bumps too long. MOVE ON!

When you feel down because you didn't get what you want, just sit Tight and be happy, because God has thought of something better to give you.
When something happens to you, good or bad, consider what it means.
There's a purpose to life's events, to teach you how to laugh more or not to cry too hard.
You can't make someone love you, all you can do is be someone who can be loved, the rest is up to the person to realize your worth.

A mother's Love is the Light in the Dark

Give God what's right -- not what's left.
Man's way leads to a hopeless end -- God's way leads to an endless hope.
A lot of kneeling will keep you in good standing.
He who kneels before God can stand before anyone.
Don't put a question mark where God puts a period.
When praying, don't give God instructions -- just report for duty.
Don't wait for six strong men to take you to church.
We don't change God's message -- His message changes us.
When God ordains, He sustains.
WARNING: Exposure to the Son may prevent burning.
Plan ahead -- It wasn't raining when Noah built the ark.
Most people want to serve God, but only in an advisory position.
Suffering from truth decay? Brush up on your Bible.
Exercise daily -- walk with the Lord.
Nothing else ruins the truth like stretching it.
He who angers you controls you.
Worry is the darkroom in which negatives can develop.
Give Satan an inch & he'll be a ruler.
Be ye fishers of men -- you catch them & He'll clean them.
God doesn't call the qualified, He qualifies the called.
Read the Bible -- It will scare the hell out of you.

4 YEARS OF AGE ~ My Mommy can do anything!
8 YEARS OF AGE ~ My Mom knows a lot! A whole lot!
12 YEARS OF AGE ~ My Mother doesn't really know quite everything.
14 YEARS OF AGE ~ Naturally, Mother doesn't know that, either.
16 YEARS OF AGE ~ Mother? She's hopelessly old-fashioned.
18 YEARS OF AGE ~ That old woman? She's way out of date!
25 YEARS OF AGE ~ Well, she might know a little bit about it.
35 YEARS OF AGE ~ Before we decide, let's get Mom's opinion.
45 YEARS OF AGE ~ Wonder what Mom would have thought about it?
65 YEARS OF AGE ~ Wish I could talk it over with Mom.

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
~ Ecclesiastes (ch. III, v. 1-8)
